Inter Milan are not giving up on Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Nerazzurri have been hot on the trail of the Argentina star for a while now, but they currently do not have the funds to complete the deal.
However, in case they manage to offload Fredy Guarin and Ricky Alvarez, Inter will immediately launch a fresh assault on Lavezzi.
The Nerazzurri have been informed they can sign the Argentine for some €15 million, which is a small price to pay for such a quality player.
And while they are unable to match Lavezzi’s €4.5 million yearly wage, Inter Milan officials hope the forward will accept their offer of €3.5 million plus bonuses.
After struggling to prove his worth at Parc des Princes, Ezequiel Lavezzi impressed playing for Argentina at the 2014 World Cup, and PSG seem ready to cash in on him this summer having FIFA Financial Fair Play rules in mind.
