Inter Milan are stepping up their efforts to sign Spanish forward Pedro Rodriguez, according to Catalan media outlet Sport.
The Nerazzurri are in desperate need of attacking reinforcements and they are eager to lure the Barcelona star to Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
Inter Milan officials are already working on the deal and they have been told it would take around €20 million to recruit the highly rated footballer.
Pedro has grown increasingly frustrated by the lack of first team opportunities at Camp Nou and he is ready to leave the club at the end of the season.
And with his current deal due to expire in June 2016, Barcelona are prepared to listen to offers in the summer transfer window.
The 27-year-old has spent his entire career up to date at Camp Nou, but he has only started 12 La Liga fixtures this term, while making 14 substitute appearances, and scored 5 goals in the process.
