(GSM) – Internazionale are working on a deal to lure Real Madrid midfielder Kaká back to Italy. The Champions League winners are even prepared to offer Samuel Eto’o or Maicon as part of the deal, according to reports in the Italian media.
Inter are desperate to sign former Milan star Kaká and Il Corriere dello Sport claims they will offer Maicon to Real president Florentino Pérez. Los Merengues tried to sign the Brazilian defender all summer but Inter refused to let him go.
It seems like an agreement can still be reached now the Nerazzurri have set their sights on Kaká.
Real though are also keen on Eto’o, who already was a transfer target for José Mourinho who tried to bring him to the Santiago Bernabéu during the final days of this summer’s transfer window. The Portuguese manager wants to bolster his attack and he could push Inter during the Kaká talks.
Those talks are planned for November 3 when Real are in town to play Milan in the Champions League.
Pérez though won’t offer Kaká at a bargain deal, and Inter will have to squeeze between give and take.
