Inter striker Adriano failed to return from international duty with Brazil on Friday and La Gazzetta dello Sport reports, this morning, that the Nerazzurri will seek to cancel his contract at the end of the season.

While some Italian sources still suggest he might have been kidnapped by a local gang, La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that ‘L’Imperatore’ is in Rio de Janeiro and has spoken with some of his closest friends but has yet to contact either Inter, or his agent Gilmar Rinaldi.
