Inter have expressed interest in signing Eintracht Frankfurt defender Sebastian Jung and Schalke midfielder Julian Draxler, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
Neroazzurri technical director Marco Branca traveled to Amsterdam last night to watch the two players in a friendly match between Netherlands and Germany.
However, the trip proved to be in vain, given that Draxler came on deep into injury time, whereas Jung spent the entire game on the bench.
Inter could face a stiff competition for Eintracht Frankfurt full-back, given that Roma and few other high-profile clubs are also keen, but the €2.5 million release clause that will be active next summer makes the player very appealing to the Italian giants.
Julian Draxler, on the other hand, has a contract until June 2016 at Veltins Arena and would be much more difficult to acquire.
Schalke are not yet prepared to cash in on one of the most talented players in Germany, although it is believed they would consider an offer in the region of €12 million.
