Those are the words of Chile manager Reinaldo Rueda, who has confirmed that Alexis Sanchez could miss up to three months of action courtesy of an ankle injury. The Inter forward, who is currently on loan from Manchester United, picked up the injury during Chile’s recent clash with Colombia. The belief is that he has dislocated tendons in his ankle.
Sanchez was hoping to make an impact for Inter this season, but right now, it doesn’t appear as if he’s going to be able to build any real momentum for himself.
