Real Madrid midfielder Isco claims he doesn’t know whether he will be offered a contract extension at Santiago Bernabeu.
The 24-year-old has struggled for playing time under Zinedine Zidane and he continues to be linked with a move away from the club.
Considering that his current deal is due to expire in June 2018, there is a good chance that Isco will be leaving Santiago Bernabeu in the January transfer window.
The highly rated midfielder admits he has yet to be offered a new deal, which may suggest that a January exit is on the cards.
“I know nothing about renewal of my contract. I do not think a lot about this, I have time left (on my current contract),” Isco told Cadena SER.
Juventus and Tottenham Hotspur are believed to be leading the chase for the attacking midfielder, and it remains to be seen whether they will make their moves in the winter.
Isco has managed 2 goals in 8 La Liga outings this season, but he played no part in club’s Champions League campaign.
