L’Expression is reporting that Leicester City striker Islam Slimani is looking to leave the Foxes in January.
The 29-year-old had struggled for playing time under Craig Shakespeare and the situation remained the same since Claude Puel took over the reigns.
Slimani appears to have lost the patience and he is determined to leave in search of first team football at the earliest opportunity.
Crystal Palace and Rennes are believed to be showing interest, but Leicester City will want to recoup a big portion of the €30 million invested in his services some 14 months ago.
Slimani did well to score 7 goals in 23 Premier League matches last term, but he spent just over 100 minutes on the pitch in the new league campaign.
