Sky Sport Italia is reporting that Juventus and Inter are stepping up their interest in Atalanta midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura.
The 24-year-old has seen his stock rise a great deal over the last couple of years and it is only a matter of time before he leaves Orobici for greener pastures.
Juventus and Inter have been keeping close tabs on the attacking midfielder for almost a year now, and they could make their interest concrete in the January transfer window.
Bonaventura has even broken into the national team set-up, and he is predicted a bright future in the game.
Bar several loan spells at lower division sides, he has spent his entire career at Atalanta, having come through club’s famous youth academy.
Bonaventura has so far made exactly 100 league appearances for Orobici, scoring 18 goals, and having achieved everything he could with Atalanta, this may be the perfect time to embark on a new challenge.
