Napoli are the latest side to have joined the race for Juventus full-back Mauricio Isla, according to Tuttosport.
The Chilean full-back arrived in Turin last summer in a co-ownership agreement with Udinese, but he hasn’t quite lived up to his potential.
Juventus officials are, therefore, not interested in acquiring the other half of the player’s contract and plan to cash in on him in the summer.
Roma and Inter have already expressed their interest in the 24-year-old, while Tuttosport understands that Napoli have joined the race as well.
The Azzurri are determined to sign a new right-sided full-back to provide competition for Christian Maggio and they believe Isla would be a good addition to the squad.
Isla is unlikely to come on the cheap though, with Juventus having paid €9.4 million for 50% of his contract last summer. The Chilean has made just 8 Serie A appearances for the Bianconeri this term.
