La Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that Juventus have emerged as favourites to sign Genoa wonderkid Pietro Pellegri.
The Bianconeri chiefs Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici met with Rossoblu chief Giorgio Perinetti on Monday to discuss a possible deal.
And while Genoa are holding out for €30 million, latest reports suggest they could accept an offer in the region of €25 million from Turin.
Even if a deal is agreed, Pellegri will only join Juventus in the summer, while he could be loaned out to Genoa for another season.
The 16-year-old is on the radar of quite a few top Italian sides, having scored 3 goals in his first 9 Serie A games.
