Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise missed the first 11 Premier League matches this season due to a hamstring injury.
On Saturday, manager Roy Hodgson threw him into the fray at halftime, with his team 3-0 down against Brighton and Hove Albion, only to be forced to take him off just 11 minutes later – due to a hamstring injury.
Naturally, Hodgson received a lot of criticism for his decision to bring Olise on when the game appeared lost already.
“Injuries do happen… it could have happened at ANY time!”👀
