Borussia Dortmund winger Jakub Blaszczykowski could be leaving the club by the end of the transfer window, according to Bild.
The Polish footballer wasn’t even part of the match squad in any of the games the Millionaires have played this season, which is enough to suggest he is not in the first team plans of new coach Thomas Tuchel.
As a result, Blaszczykowski may decide to leave in search of first team football and the latest reports suggest that Real Betis are prepared to offer him an escape route from Signal-Iduna Park.
The La Liga newcomers have already recruited former Bundesliga stars Rafael van der Vaart and Heiko Westermann, and they hope to add the Polish international to that list.
And while the player’s €2.5 yearly salary may prove to be a problem, Real Betis will try to agree a season-long loan where Borussia would cover part of his wages.
