James Rodriguez linked with Premier League switch

Real Madrid will listen to offers for James Rodriguez this summer, according to the Mirror.

Chelsea and Manchester United have both been linked with a move for the Colombia international, who has fallen out of favour at the Bernabeu.

The midfielder rose to prominence during the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil, where he finished as top scorer with one of his six strikes a superb effort against Uruguay in the first knockout round.

Since moving to the Spanish capital, the twenty-four year old has racked up sixty-seven appearances in all competitions, scoring twenty-three goals.

Prior to his switch to La Liga he spent a season with Monaco while he has also played for Porto whilst plying his trade in Europe.

Real Madrid, who beat fierce rivals Barcelona in the league on Saturday evening turn their attention to the Champions League on Wednesday, when they face Wolfsburg in the first leg of the quarter finals.
