James Rodriguez set for Premier League switch?

Colombian maestro James Rodriguez is quite the journeyman, having played for Porto, Monaco, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, but now he could be set for a move to the Premier League, according to the Express. Both Chelsea and Manchester United are reportedly interested in acquiring the midfielder, who is a hugely talented player.

James never really managed to make his mark at Real Madrid, perhaps due to the incredible talent amongst Los Blancos’ ranks, and last season he joined German giants Bayern Munich on a two year loan deal. Unfortunately the Colombian international has struggled for game time in Bavaria, meaning that he is now considering yet another move.

Two potential destinations involve James coming to the Premier League, and with the squads of Chelsea and Manchester United not possessing quite the same level of talent as those of Real or Bayern, perhaps the midfielder will be able to find his form in England.
