Although Stockport might have claimed a much-welcomed 2-1 victory against Peterborough last month, it appears that might have just been a minor boost for the Hatters. Last seen falling to a 2-1 defeat at home against Mansfield, Dave Challinor’s side have recorded just a single victory from any of their previous seven appearances across all competitions. Watching their EFL Trophy adventure come to an end on December 10th as they suffered a 3-2 loss at the hands of Bradford, the Manchester-based outfit have also gained a reputation for their issues away from Edgeley Park. Including a 2-0 loss against Birmingham at the start of December, Stockport have registered just one-point from any of their previous four League One showdowns on the road.
