Arsenal defender Carl Jenkinson has called on the club to continue their momentum after going unbeaten for the sixth match in a row.
The Gunners drew 0-0 against Marseille at the Emirates on Tuesday and have lost only one out of their last 10 matches since a 4-3 defeat at Blackburn on September 17.
They next take on West Brom on Saturday, looking to close in on fourth place in the Premier League.
Jenkinson said the club were disappointed at being held to a draw by Marseille, but said it was important to keep their unbeaten run going strong.
“It’s vital that we keep that momentum going. We’re playing well at the moment and we just want to keep getting results,” Jenkinson told the club’s official website.
“We wanted the three points but we’ve still kept that unbeaten run going so that is positive.”
“Obviously our aim was a win and that’s what we went out there to do but it just didn’t work out that way and we didn’t get that goal.”
“We kept a clean sheet and that’s positive – at the end of the day it’s in our own hands. We wanted to win the game so in that sense it’s disappointing but a point is not a disaster.”
