“I have a contract [with Wolves] until 2023,” he said during a Facebook Live.
“It’s not that we have to qualify for the Champions League in order to stay. I’m good [here], happy with Wolves, doing important things – me as well as the whole team.”
Those are the words of Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Raul Jimenez who has seemingly confirmed that he is happy at Molineux and will be staying at the club for the foreseeable future. There has been a great deal of speculation as of late over where Jimenez may or may not end up in the summer, with Manchester United reportedly being interested.
Now, though, it appears as if the popular Mexican is committed to staying put. Jimenez has played an integral role in helping Wolves to rise up through the ranks of English football in the last few years, and whenever the season resumes, that looks set to continue.
