Joao Felix offered to Aston Villa?

Atletico Madrid attacker Joao Felix has been offered to Aston Villa, according to Football Insider. The report has claimed that Villa are among several clubs in the Premier League who have been offered the chance to sign Felix from La Liga club Atletico in the summer transfer window.

Felix spent the second half of this season on loan at Chelsea from Atletico. The Portugal international, who can operate as a forward, winger or attacking midfielder, joined the Blues on loan in the January transfer window. The 23-year-old made 11 starts and five substitute appearances in the Premier League for Chelsea, scoring four goals in the process.

Villa did extremely well under former Arsenal manager Unai Emery this season. The Villans stand a chance of playing in the UEFA Europa Conference League next season. It will be interesting to see if the Villans do take the option of bringing Felix to Villa Park.
