In a highly exciting contest on Wednesday at Anfield, Liverpool opened the Champions League campaign with a 3-2 win over AC Milan.
The Merseysiders dominated the proceedings for most of the match and Trent Alexander-Arnold forced Fikayo Tomori to score an own-goal early on. However, Milan struck hard and turned the game around completely through Ante Rebic and Brahim Diaz just before halftime. Mohamed Salah made up for a missed penalty earlier with another equalizer after the break, and the final score was set by this great strike from Jordan Henderson.
