Sport Bild has exclusively revealed that Germany starlet Joshua Kimmich is set to sign a new long-term contract at Allianz Arena.
The 22-year-old has been in stunning form for club and country ever since he was given a chance to shine by Pep Guardiola and several top clubs attempted to secure his services.
But, it appears that Man City and Barcelona will have to look elsewhere considering that Kimmich is set to sign a contract until June 2023 with the Bavarians.
The midfielder’s agent moved to confirm the reports, suggesting that initial talks had been held a couple of months back.
Joshua Kimmich, 22, has already made 62 Bundesliga appearances for Bayern Munich, scoring 7 goals in the process.
