Joshua Zirkzee is on the verge of joining Manchester United from Bologna in the summer transfer window, according to talkSPORT. The report has claimed that Zirkzee is in Manchester at the moment and is undergoing a medical.
TalkSPORT has reported that Zirkzee flew into England on Thursday evening and is now all set to sign for former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners United. The Red Devils will pay Italian club Bologna a transfer fee of €42.5 million (£36 million) – it will be staggered over a three-year period.
The Netherlands international forward has agreed a contract with United until June 2029. The English giants will hold an option to extend the deal for a further year. Zirkzee scored 11 goals and given four assists in 32 starts and two substitute appearances in Serie for Bologna A last season.
