La Gazzetta dello Sport has learned that AC Milan are showing interest in Inter Milan forward Stevan Jovetic.
The Montenegrin striker has largely struggled for playing time since arriving from Manchester City and chances are he will be offloaded in the January transfer window.
It remains to be seen whether his status in the squad will change with the arrival of Stefano Pioli, but that seems unlikely.
And while Jovetic is heavily linked with a return to Fiorentina, recent reports suggest that AC Milan are keen on his services as well.
Current Rossoneri boss Vincenzo Montella has worked with the striker at Artemio Franchi and he believes the 27-year-old would be a good addition to the squad at Stadio San Siro.
After scoring 6 goals in 26 league outings for the Nerazzurri last season, Jovetic was used sparingly this term, making just four substitute appearances for Inter Milan.
