‘Jovic to Real Madrid is a real possibility’

Luka Jovic could actually go to Real Madrid at the end of the season! The rampant Serbian striker is having the breakout season and his goalscoring records at Eintracht Frankfurt are phenomenal. But it is Freddy Bobic, Eintracht director that told ZDF about this possibility.

“There’s a real possibility that Jovic signs for Real Madrid. I hope and want him to stay here at Eintracht, but I’m also realistic and know that if a big club like Real Madrid want him then we haven’t got a chance of keeping him”, Bobic said amid the growing speculation over player’s future.

Luka Jovic has done brilliantly, scoring 25 goals so far this season, 17 of them in Bundesliga. Thanks to him – and performances of his teammates – Eintracht sit in fourth place, with two points cushion over Gladbach, in a tight race for the Champions League qualification. That might be the best chance of Frankfurt keeping Jovic this summer.
