According to a recent report from AS, Luka Jovic has his heart set on establishing himself as a regular first team member at Real Madrid next season.
It’s no secret that Jovic hasn’t enjoyed a whole lot of success since making his way over to the Bernabeu, but now that he’s back out on loan with Eintracht Frankfurt, the hope is he’ll be able to restart some of the excitement and electricity that first put him on the map and made Real first want to sign him.
Real Madrid themselves almost certainly have some interesting thoughts on this matter too with Zinedine Zidane, perhaps rightly, being uncertain on what the future could hold for Jovic. He’s experienced some of the highest highs and some of the lowest lows with the club and knows what sort of player can succeed there, with Jovic not doing a whole lot to prove he can fit into the system.
Alas, he’s still young, so perhaps that could all change.
