Real Madrid have joined the chase for FC Porto forward Juan Manuel Iturbe, Sky Italia has revealed.
The Argentine is currently enjoying a very successful loan spell at Hellas Verona, with the Italian club also having the option to buy out his contract for €15 million.
And with AS Roma and Inter Milan keen on the talented forward, the Gialloblu are widely tipped to exercise the clause with the help of the player’s suitors.
However, Sky Italia is reporting that Real Madrid have joined the race, with Iturbe’s agent Gustavo Mscardi flying to Spain for talks with los Blancos.
Juan Manuel Iturbe, 20, has made a total of 28 Serie A appearances for Hellas Verona this season and managed 5 goals and 3 assists in the process.
After improving their league position with victories over Genoa and local rivals Chievo, the Gialloblu are 11/5 to defeat fourth-placed Fiorentina as well.
