Juan will not join Fiorentina

Roma sporting director Daniele Prade has rubbished rumours suggesting defender Juan is set to join rivals Fiorentina.

Reports suggest Fiorentina sporting director Pantaleo Corvino is keen on signing the Brazilian this summer.

“I have not had any contact from Fiorentina,” Prade told Violanews.com.

“According to some people, we have already reached a deal, but I know nothing of this. Juan will not be heading to Florence.”

Juan has also been linked with several Spanish clubs in recent months.
