Justin Kluivert speaks out on Man Utd link

Ajax starlet Justin Kluivert has commented on the reported interest in his services from Premier League giants Manchester United.

The son of Ajax and Netherlands icon Patrick Kluivert has largely impressed since coming through the youth ranks at Amsterdam ArenA and he is already linked with a big club move.

Shortly after it was reported that he was a target for Manchester United, the youngster denied contact with Jose Mourinho and basically ruled out a move to Old Trafford.

“I have heard the rumours but I haven’t spoken to Mourinho,” Kluivert told Algemeen Dagblad.

“A move to Manchester United wouldn’t make sense, for now.”

Justin Kluivert has been in fine form this season, having managed 5 goals and 3 assists in 17 Eredivisie appearances.

The 18-year-old also impressed playing for the Netherlands Under-21 side and he clearly has a great future ahead of him.
