Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola could decide to sell midfielder Adriano Correia at the end of the season, Catalan newspaper Sport understands.
The Brazilian full-back has mostly been restricted to substitute appearances over the last two seasons and he is expected to leave the club in search of first team football.
Sport reveals that Bayern Munich and Juventus are showing interest in the player’s services and it is believed that Barcelona chiefs are prepared to sell the Brazilian if the right offer comes in.
Pep Guardiola has expressed his desire to keep hold of the player until his contract expires in June 2014, but he is unwilling to offer the player a contract extension or to improve his current terms.
This basically means that the Barcelona boss wouldn’t mind selling the Brazilian in the summer, especially as he currently has a number of promising defenders coming through the youth ranks.
Sport claims that Adriano should be available for around €3 million, which is much less than the Catalans paid Sevilla for his transfer just two years ago.
