Italian giants Juventus and Inter Milan are locked in the battle for two high-profile footballers, according to Tuttosport.
The two sides are currently vying for the Serie A trophy, with the Bianconeri 1/1 favourites at the moment, but they are also waging an off-the-pitch war.
Namely, both clubs are keen on PSG forward Ezequiel Lavezzi, who is certain to leave Parc des Princes either in January or when his contract comes to an end in June.
There have been no concrete moves just yet, but it is no secret that both sides would love to see the Argentine join their ranks.
At the same time, Juventus and Inter are showing interest in Marseille star Lassana Diarra, who has revived his career since returning to France.
But, while OM would probably consider selling their prized asset if the price is right, the player himself doesn’t want to jeopardize his chances of making France’s Euro 2016 squad by changing clubs midway through the season.
