Turin-based daily newspaper Tuttosport is reporting that Juventus are stepping up their efforts to sign Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado.
The Colombian, who is co-owned by Fiorentina and Udinese, has been in scintillating form this season and he has caught the eye of Antonio Conte, among others.
With Juventus and Udinese set to contest a league match this weekend, Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta plans to use the opportunity to speak to the Zebrette president Giampaolo Pozzo about the possibility of signing Cuadrado.
With the two clubs doing a lot of business in the last few years, they should have no problems reaching an agreement, but persuading bitter rivals Fiorentina to sell their half could prove to be a very difficult task.
Juan Cuadrado, 25, ha managed two goals and as many assists in 9 Serie A games for Viola this season and was in turn linked with Bayern Munich and Arsenal among other clubs.
