Juve and Roma vying for Adriano Correia

Serie A rivals Juventus and Roma are locked in the battle for Barcelona full-back Adriano Correia, according to Tuttosport.

The 29-year-old has been linked with a Camp Nou exit for over a year now, but the Catalans did not want him to leave as they saw him as a good back-up for Jordi Alba.

However, with new boss Luis Enrique looking to recruit another left-sided defender, Barcelona seem prepared to entertain offers in the region of €10 million for the Brazilian.

Tuttosport has learned that Juventus are set to reignite their interest in the defender, with boss Antonio Conte a big fan of the player.

Nevertheless, the Bianconeri could face a stiff competition for his signature from Roma, who are already in talks with Adriano’s representatives.

The Barcelona footballer was not included in Brazil’s World Cup squad, but the Seleccao are available at 11/4 to win the coveted title in front of the home fans.
