Ouasim Bouy is set to leave Ajax for Juventus in the January transfer window, according to the promising youngster’s agent.
Bouy, 18, is considered to be one of the hottest prospects to have come through the ranks of the Ajax academy in recent years.
According to agent Mino Raiola, the Dutch teenager’s considerable talent has apparently attracted the firm interest of Serie A leaders Juventus.
“Bouy is a player with a lot of potential. We are currently in talks with Juventus about the final details of the move,” Raiola said to Tuttosport.
Bouy made his senior debut in a friendly against Omniworld earlier this year, but has yet to make his first Eredivisie appearance.
The midfielder’s contract expires on June 30, meaning Ajax may be forced to sell at a cut price or risk losing Bouy for nothing in the off season.
