The Daily Mirror are reporting that Italian giants Juventus could step up their interest on Liverpool striker Luis Suarez.
The Serie A side have been reportedly keeping tabs on the Uruguayan but had made Robin Van Persie their big transfer target this summer.
However, it seems as though the club from Turin are set to miss out on the Dutch international, meaning that they could try and sign the Liverpool number seven.
Suarez is sure to be tempted by a move to Italy as he would be playing in the Champions League next season should he join.
That said though, he is loved by the Merseyside faithful and may be excited by the prospect of working under new manager Brendan Rodgers.
It is a story that is sure to have plenty of twists and turns and the Italian Champions will have to come up with the cash if they are to secure Suarez’s services.
Something else that could work in Juventus’ favour is the fact that the striker is not the most popular player in the English Premier League and a move away from may allow him to focus on his football more.
It is certainly a massive decision in his career.
