Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport understands that Juventus have agreed personal terms with Bayern Munich winger Douglas Costa.
The Bavarians are ready to cash in on their star player and they have informed interested sides of their €50 million asking price.
And while Juventus are only prepared to offer between €35m and €40m, they did manage to find an agreement with the player, having proposed a long-term deal worth €6 million per campaign.
It now remains to be seen whether the two clubs can find common ground, but there is clearly plenty of time for an agreement to be reached.
Juventus have long been hot on the trail of Douglas Costa and they decided to pounce when it became clear that he would be leaving Allianz Arena.
Since arriving from Shakhtar Donetsk, the 26-year-old scored 14 goals and produced 27 assists in 77 competitive outings.
