Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport has learned that Juventus and Milan are both interested in signing Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic.
The Serbian defender has less than a year left on his deal at Old Trafford, but he has yet to be offered a contract extension.
As a result, Italian giants Juventus and Milan are looking to take advantage of the situation and lure the player to Serie A.
After making several quality signings on a free transfer over the past three years, adding Andrea Pirlo, Paul Pogba and Fernando Llorente to their ranks, the Bianconeri are hoping to add Vidic to that exclusive list next summer.
Meanwhile, Milan have been searching for a high-profile defender ever since Thiago Silva left for Paris Saint-Germain and they would jump at the opportunity to sign the Serbian.
Vidic will be in action later today when Manchester United face Sunderland on the road, and the Red Devils are 8/13 to finally return to winning ways.
