Serie A champions Juventus are said to be tracking Everton starlet Henry Onyekuru.
The Nigerian is yet to make an appearance for the Premier League side following his £7 million transfer from Eupen this summer but he still managed to double his value thanks to a string of impressive appearances on loan with Belgium giants Anderlecht.
The 20-year-old has bagged six goals in nine league appearances this season and is said to have attracted interest from the Old Lady.
The various reports coming from the Italian media claim that Bianconeri are launching the search for long-term Gonzalo Higuain replacement and that the name of Henry Onyekuru has been the first one to pop up.
The Nigeria international is also a subject for Atletico Madrid who see Onyekuru as a replacement for Fernando Torres and Everton are now facing a decision to either cash in on the striker or push for a work permit which turned out to be the main problem for the Premier League side this summer.
Everton have been going through a rough patch of late which resulted in manager Ronald Koeman getting sacked this week.
Under the guidance of caretaker boss David Unsworth the Toffees prepare to lock horns with out-of-sorts Premier League champions Chelsea in a Carabao Cup clash later this evening.
Everton can be found at whopping 6/1 price to surprise Antonio Conte’s men at Stamford Bridge.
