According to a recent report from Calciomercato, two big European clubs in the form of Atletico Madrid and Juventus are very interested in the possibility of signing Porto star Fabio Silva. The youngster scored his first senior goal for the club this past weekend, and at the age of just 17, it seems as if Portuguese football could have a new wonderkid on their hands.
Whether or not he goes on to be as successful as some other top names from his country remains to be seen, but one way or another, it feels like his future is going to be away from Porto.
Juve and Atletico have made a habit for going after top young stars within the last few years, and based on their recent success, it seems to have paid off for them.
Fabio Silva is still some distance away from his prime, but we wouldn’t oppose the idea of a move away just yet.
