Italian champions Juventus have rekindled their interest in Monaco striker Radamel Falcao, Tuttosport can reveal.
It is no secret the Bianconeri are on the lookout for a high-profile striker considering that Fernando Llorente and Alessandro Matri are both expected to leave in the summer, while Carlos Tevez has made it clear that he will not be extending his contract in Turin.
And while Juventus appear keen on Edinson Cavani, they have also reignited their interest in Monaco’s Radamel Falcao.
The Old Lady attempted to recruit the Colombian superstar last summer, but the 29-year-old instead joined Manchester United on loan.
But, having failed to prove his worth at Old Trafford, it is highly unlikely that Falcao will be staying with the Red Devils after this season ends.
Falcao has struggled for playing time of late and was even forced to play for the Under-21 side in midweek after watching the FA Cup defeat to Arsenal from the bench.
