Italian TV station Mediaset is reporting that Juventus have joined the race for Real Madrid full-back Fabio Coentrao.
The Portuguese defender has reportedly decided to quit Santiago Bernabeu in the summer and he will have no shortage of offers at the end of the season.
With Patrice Evra set to leave and primary target Leighton Baines penning a new deal with Everton, Manchester United are likely to return for the Portugal international.
The Red Devils were on the verge of signing Coentrao last summer, but the deal taking the footballer to Old Trafford fell through at the last minute.
However, Mediaset claims the Premier League giants could face a stiff competition from Juventus, who want the 25-year-old to challenge Kwadwo Asamoah for the place on the left hand side.
The Bianconeri face local rivals Torino in Derby della Mole later today and Antonio Conte’s side are 2/7 favourites to claim maximum points.
