Italian champions Juventus are weighing up a January bid for Borussia Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Tuttosport can reveal.
It is no secret the Bianconeri are in the market for an attacking midfielder, with Wesley Sneijder the number one name on their hit-list.
But, with Juventus unable to reach an agreement with Galatasaray, they may be forced to turn their attention elsewhere.
According to Tuttosport, the Old Lady are considering a move for Borussia Dortmund’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who is currently sidelined through a hamstring injury.
However, with the Millionaires not too keen on cashing in on the most expensive signing in club’s history, Juventus are not exactly in a good position at the moment.
Just like the rest of his teammates, Mkhitaryan has struggled for form this season, having failed to contribute to a single goal in 12 Bundesliga outings.
His side resume their league campaign on 31st January by playing Bayer Leverkusen on the road, and they are 15/8 to emerge victorious.
