Italian champions Juventus are weighing up summer bid for Valencia full-back Joao Cancelo, according to Superdeporte.
The Bianconeri may be forced to search for a new right-back as Dani Alves has reportedly asked to be allowed to join Manchester City, and the Spanish defender has now emerged as their top target.
Similar to the player he could be replacing in Turin, Cancelo is capable of operating anywhere on the right hand side and he has become famous for impressive attacking runs.
It is believed that Juventus hope to secure a €25 million deal in the coming weeks, but while Valencia appear ready to sell, they will probably demand more for their prized possession.
Cancelo has developed into one of league’s leading right backs after arriving from Benfica, going on to score 4 goals and produce 9 assists in 90 competitive appearances for los Che.
