La Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that Italian champions Juventus are hot on the trail of Cagliari youngster Han Kwang-Song.

The Bianconeri have been impressed with the forward’s performances during a loan spell at Perugia and they hope to recruit him at the end of the season.

Juventus hold excellent relations with Cagliari and they are expected to agree a deal between now and next summer.

Valued at €12 million, Han Kwang-Song managed to score one Serie A goal last season despite spending less than an hour on the pitch in total and he has since continued the rich vein of form.

The 19-year-old proved his worth by netting 7 times in 17 Serie B fixtures this season, this catching the eye of Italian giants Juventus.
