Italian champions Juventus are weighing up move for Manchester City full-back Pablo Zabaleta, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The Bianconeri are preparing for life after Stephan Lichtsteiner, who has decided to leave in January, and they plan to recruit a full-back who would challenge Dani Alves for a starting berth.
While talented Pol Lirola, currently on loan at Sassuolo, will need a couple more years to develop into a quality option, Juventus officials are looking at more experienced footballers.
One of those is Manchester City hotshot Pablo Zabaleta, who is nearing the end of his contract at Etihad Stadium and is unlikely to remain with the Citizens beyond next summer.
Juventus have become real experts in signing quality footballers at no cost over the last few years, and the Argentine could join Axel Witsel, who is also expected to arrive in Turin at the end of the current campaign.
