Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport is reporting that Juventus are set to reignite their interest in Manchester City starlet Matija Nastasic.
The Bianconeri are on the lookout for a new central defender as they plan to offload Angelo Ogbonna and they seem to have turned their attention to the Serbian centre-back.
With FIFA Fair Play rules in mind, Manchester City might consider selling Nastasic as they are set to splash €40 million on Eliaquim Mangala.
As a result, Juventus plan to offer to sign the player on a season-long loan while including a €10 million buy-out clause.
Manchester City earlier rejected such a proposal, but the Bianconeri believe the Citizens will reconsider it in the light of the latest developments.
Despite showing some potential since arriving from Fiorentina in the summer of 2012, Nastasic, 21, has failed to establish himself as a first team regular at the Etihad and could be open to a return to Italian Serie A.
