According to a recent report from Corriere dello Sport, Juventus are still interested in going after the signing of Roma star Nicolo Zaniolo. The Italian giants could be open to the possibility of selling him for a fee of around €50-€60 million, but even at that price point, they’d only be willing to enter negotiations before actually going through with a deal.
The Old Lady has had this transfer in their back pocket for a while, but for whatever reason, the two clubs have never officially progressed beyond the initial stages of negotiation.
Juve already have one of the most complete squads in world football, but the hope is that Zaniolo can provide them with the extra edge they need to really kick on and make a difference – both domestically and in the UEFA Champions League.
Whether or not the summer transfer window allows for this to happen, though, is another matter altogether.
