Juventus are hoping to complete the signing of Brazilian defender Rhodolfo before the transfer window reopens in January.
The Bianconeri have already agreed personal terms with the player, but they are finding it hard to reach an agreement over the transfer fee with Sao Paulo.
Even though the transfer cannot be officially completed before January, Juventus transfer guru Giuseppe Marotta wants to agree the transfer fee by October so as to avoid losing the player to one of the other interested clubs.
According to Tuttosport, Juventus are ready to offer €8.5 million for the young 25-year-old, whereas Sao Paulo are holding on to €12 million.
The Brazilian club only holds 30 percent of the player’s rights, but that still allows them to dictate terms regarding his future sale.
