Juventus in ambitious bid for Jovetic

Italian daily Tuttosport is reporting that Juventus are set to launch a new assault on Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic.

It is no secret the Bianconeri are looking to add a high-profile striker to their ranks in the summer transfer window and it appears they are set to reignite their interest in the Montenegrin forward.

Jovetic has long been a target for the Old Lady, who even attempted to sign him in the January transfer window.

Tuttosport now claims that Juventus are ready to offer €15 million plus Sebastian Giovinco and Luca Marrone for the highly rated striker.

The initial contacts have already been established, albeit in secret, as Fiorentina chiefs do not want their fans to know they are negotiating with their arch rivals.

Fiorentina officials are expected to seriously consider the latest proposal, especially given that Giovinco and Marrone are two of the most talented players in Italian Serie A.
