Italian champions Juventus are set to make a fresh assault on Bundesliga stars Luiz Gustavo and Sead Kolasinac, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
Signing a new left-sided defender has become a priority the moment Patrice Evra completed his switch to Marseille and the Bosnian full-back is now the favourite to take his place.
With just six months left on his contract, Juventus have a chance to agree a cut-price deal for Kolasinac, rather than waiting for his deal to expire.
In case they fail to find an agreement with Schalke, the Bianconeri will turn their attention towards Atalanta midfielder Leonardo Spinazzola, who is capable of operating on either side of a back four or as full-back in 3-5-2 formation.
At the same time, Juventus will make one final push for Wolfsburg midfielder Luiz Gustavo, whose agents are currently in Italy, working on a January move for their client.
