Juventus are expected to bring in reinforcements both in January transfer window and next summer, but one of their signings might not be someone you expected. Aleksey Miranchuk certainly does not fit that bill, as the Turin club are trying to sign the Lokomotiv Moscow midfielder this winter.
According to Sport Express, Lokomotiv have given the 24-year-old permission to discus personal terms over a potential move to Juventus. It is reported the deal would likely be for either the end of this season or potentially the following January, giving the Moscow side time to find a replacement. That would also give time to Juventus in order to clear their squad and prepare everything for Miranchuk’s arrival.
Miranchuk has played more than 200 times for Lokomotiv Moscow since making his debut as a 17-year-old, and he also has scored five times in 25 appearances for Russia. He also recently scored against Juventus in Champions League.
